This cave is called Shulgan-Tash cave, and this lake is called caves ... Shulgan lake. /

And Ural grew up into a very handsome guy-hero. /

He fought with a dragon, with a daeva, (and) during the fight he did one thing. /

During the battle, when he wanted to lift and throw that diva (over himself) to the ground, he plunged up to his feet, up to his knees in the water ... in the ground and knocked the diva to the ground. /

In the place where he threw the diva to the ground, the div fell into the ground, then smoke began to swirl, therefore it (this place) is called Yangan-Tau (lit. a burning mountain). /

And streams (rivers) flowed from his feet, one - Belaya (Agidel), the other Ufimka (Karaidel). /

There is now "Yangan-tau" ... next to this mountain, next to Yangan-tau, a sanatorium has been built, called "Yangan-tau". /

And those streams that flowed out of his feet ... this is the very ... (they are the source of) the water of Kurgazak. /

And the cave where Shulgan drowned is called the Shulgan-Tash cave. /
